Public Yoga Classes
Yoga means to “Yoke” or to “Bind”, it is a practice that connects people; with themselves, with others, with the world around them. You enter in to a class as individuals and you leave as a part of community. The atmosphere of a group class is motivating and encouraging and there is always help and support available from your instructor and your fellow students.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a form of yoga that connects one posture to the next using the breath to guide each transition; building strength and flexibility throughout the whole body. Vinyasa Flow combines energy and rhythmic breathing, restorative stretches and relaxation, bringing you to a place of inner peace and calm.
Slow Flow/Gentle Flow
We move at a steady and accessible pace for all through sequences designed to release tension from our muscles and create space in our bodies. Cultivating our awareness of breath and body and taking our attention far away from our busy minds. If you're looking for a grounding practice without too much complexity, look no further.
Dynamic Flow
A dynamic flow class designed for those wanting a stronger practice. This class does not move quickly but it does focus on building heat and strength through creative sequences and yoga conditioning.
This class is dynamic and playful but does not skip out on the passive/restorative stretches, mindfulness and relaxation either, we all need that too!
Beginners are welcome as students are encouraged to work at their individual level of ability.
